What time will the classes start?

This will depend on the number of entries; please ask the Secretary on the day.  Classes run concurrently.  Please note the 'not before times' on the schedule. 

Will the show be cancelled if it is raining?


The show is held on high, well drained ground so this is highly unlikely.  Updates will be posted on this website and on our Facebook page.

Will my classes clash?


Enter both.  If they do and you are unable to do both, we will give you a refund or transfer your entry to another class.

What is the best way to enter for the classes?


It is cheaper, and avoids possible queues on the day, to enter on line before Wednesday 26th June 2019 by clicking this link.  There is no booking fee!  Or you can send download your entry form here and send it to our Show Secretary, Emma Bradley, The Chestnuts, Stations Road, Blackthorn, OX26 1TL

Are there refreshments to buy on the showground?


There will be a traditional caterer, specialist coffee barrister, and ice cream van.

How do I get involved?


We are always looking for more volunteers to help on the day and setting up the showground.

How do I become a sponsor?


The show is supported by many local businesses and supporters.   These generous supporters help cover our expenses in running the show so that the money we make on the day can be donated to the organisations and charities we support.  We are always keen to hear from new potential sponsors.
